Tom has over 30 years of industry experience working closely with traditional health insurance carriers, managed care organizations, labor groups, federal government plans and employer associations. Specific areas of focus for Tom include managed behavioral health, pharmacy benefit management, data analytics/medical management, network strategies and value-add/ancillary benefit opportunities. Tom is also focused on the strategic maintenance, management and oversight of existing client relationships.
